Born in 1988 in Somma Vesuviana, near Naples, Francesco Simone Sodano honed his craft in a number of Michelin-starred kitchens, most recently as Head Chef at Faro di Capo d’Orso in Maiori on the Amalfi Coast (1 Michelin Star).
A protégé of Oliver Glowig and Anthony Genovese, Sodano has built an international career that has shaped his distinctive approach to contemporary, avant-garde cuisine.
At Ristorante Famiglia Rana, he presents his unique interpretation of the region and its ingredients, enriched by his personal story and culinary journey. A cuisine of mind, technique, and soul.
