It is the result of a meeting between entrepreneur Gian Luca Rana and chef Francesco Sodano, united by a common vision, a passion for research and innovation, and an appreciation of refined dining.
The restaurant is a space for storytelling, where the experiences of those who shaped the project are expressed through narratives that begin with the plate and the land, travelling across countries and cultures, inspired by places, emotions and the unexpected — before returning home, to the pioneering farm of Famiglia Rana.
